For independent hearing care practice owners
Build a practice
bigger than you.
A stronger business. A team you trust. Fewer problems that only you can solve.
A full schedule shouldn’t have to mean long days, constant questions, and no real time off. Practice Amplifier helps you build a business that gives great care without you having to hold it all together.
Schedule my complimentary Practice AuditYour practice should grow your impact.
It should also give you more choice in your life.
The owner bottleneck
Your practice is growing.
Why does it still feel stuck?
You can’t finish seeing a patient without someone needing a decision only you can make.
Missed handoffs, staff questions, and difficult calls keep pulling you back in. You get everyone through the day, then stay late to catch up on your own work.
How much longer can the practice grow this way?
You’re working through lunch, checking in on days off, and telling your family things will settle down soon. But a busier practice keeps asking for more of you. Unless the way it runs changes, next year’s growth will cost you more of the life you built it for.
See what changes
When every decision comes back to you, even small problems fill your day.
The Practice Amplifier framework
Three phases.
One peaceful,
profitable practice.
Patients need to see why your care is worth choosing. Your team needs a clear way to deliver it. And the practice needs people who can solve problems without waiting for you.
We work on all three.
Give the right patients
a clear reason to choose you.
If your practice sounds the same as your competition, patients have little to compare beyond price, insurance, and location. Help them see what they get from your care and why it matters to them.
From easy to compare
to worth choosing.
Positioning
Know who you serve best and where you want to be the Market Leader.
Offer
Build Market of One™ care programs that patients can understand and value, with strategic pricing that supports the care you promise.
Experience
Make the patient journey feel different from the first call through follow-up. Give patients a reason to become Ambassadors who tell others about your care.
Make good results
easier to repeat.
An inquiry goes unanswered. A patient leaves unsure about the plan. Follow-up gets missed. Build a clear process from the first call through ongoing care, so good opportunities don’t depend on who picks up the phone.
From uneven results
to a process you can trust.
Attract
Reach the patients you serve best. Know which marketing efforts bring them through your door.
Convert
Use the Consultations that Convert™ three-phase consultation process and phone scripts to help your team listen, explain care, and address concerns without pressure.
Deliver
Turn the way you want things done into steps your team can follow. PracticeOS™ templates help you document care coordination, scheduling, and handoffs.
Measure
Build a weekly scorecard around the numbers that matter to your practice. See where patients get lost and whether your changes are working.
Build a team that can
carry more of the practice.
Handing off a task doesn’t help much if every question still comes back to you. Give your team the training, clear limits, and authority to handle more of the work from start to finish.
From the default answer
to an owner with choice.
People
Use role scorecards to define the results each person owns, the decisions they can make, and the skills they need. Then hire and train for that role.
Performance
Use a focused weekly team meeting to review results and solve problems. Where incentives fit, build a Goldilocks Bonus Plan™ your team understands and your practice can afford.
Leadership
Use the owner-role scorecard to hand over one responsibility at a time. Set decision limits, then test what works during a planned absence from the practice.
Your quarterly rhythm

Why Practice Amplifier
You want help.
You need things to change.
Better buying terms, sales support, and expert advice can all help. But the real test is what changes in your practice: how patients choose you, how your team works, and how much still depends on you.
“If I could get a better deal on hearing aids, maybe I’d finally have some breathing room.”
Make the whole care model pay off.
We look at your care programs, pricing, costs, and time per patient. Then we fix the gaps that leave too little profit after a full week of work.
“The past few months have been slow. Maybe a manufacturer sales training will help.”
Build a process beyond the next sale.
We find where patients drop out, from the first call through follow-up. Your team learns to explain the value of your care and help patients choose it without pressure.
“Someone must have a plan that works. I can’t keep figuring this out alone.”
Turn advice into work your team owns.
We turn the plan into clear roles, steps, and decision limits. Regular coaching helps you address missed commitments and build a team that can follow through without you chasing every task.

Practice Amplifier
“I’m a business nerd who happens to be an audiologist.”
I care about what makes a practice work: why patients choose you, how your team makes decisions, and what’s left for you at the end of the week: in income, time, and energy.
After building and selling my own practice and working with hundreds of owners, one question drives my coaching: What do you want this business to make possible in your life?
We work backward from that answer. If you want fewer days in the clinic, we identify what still needs you, prepare someone to own it, and test the handoff. If a full schedule isn’t producing enough profit, we examine your care programs, pricing, and time per patient.
You get a clear priority, a plan for the next 90 days, and help putting it to work. The point is a business that supports your life while delivering care you’re proud of.

Before you book
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Do I have to stop seeing patients?
No. If you love seeing patients, keep that in the plan. The goal is to choose your clinical role while your team handles more of the work that doesn’t need you.
How will I find time for this?
You’ll need to make time for the work. We start with the problems that matter most and decide what you or a team member will handle. Coaching helps you keep going when the week gets busy. Waiting until things slow down can leave the same problems on your desk next year.
We already have systems and a good team. Does this still fit?
Yes, it can. A good team can still lack clear roles, decision rules, or a process everyone follows. We use the audit to find the gaps and build on what already works.
Can I get value if I already work with a buying group or consultant?
It depends on what they help with and what you still need. We’ll talk about that in the audit. If your current support already covers the work, that matters when we decide whether this is a fit.
I have tried consulting before. What would be different?
You’ll have a quarterly action plan and regular conversations about how it’s going. If your team isn’t following a process, we can look at why. If a patient conversation is hard, we can practice it. The work continues after the advice is given.
What does the program cost, and how long does it take?
Programs range from several hundred dollars to over $25,000. During your Practice Audit, we’ll decide whether we’re a good fit for each other and find the level of support that matches your practice’s needs and budget. We’ll also talk through the time commitment for that option, so you know what to expect before you decide.
Is the Practice Audit really complimentary?
Yes. You’ll leave with a 90-Day Practice Strategy Map whether you join or decide to work on the plan yourself. The session is complimentary, and there’s no obligation to enroll.
